Earth of the near future found itself overrun by a group of aliens known as Shapers. In their own state, the Shapers resemble large fuzzy-headed humanoids. However no future-dweller would ever confuse them with teddy bears: they're as likely to blow away human beings as pat them on the head. The Shapers are nearly indestructible and can assume any form-even that of humans. They had fled their own dying world to come to Earth, and have since unleashed a bio-plague which is slowly transforming Earth into a copy of their old planet. There's only one small problem: by then, Earth will be uninhabitable by humans.Slash Maraud is one of the very few who have dared to stand against the Shapers, but he has since made a habit of looking after himself before anyone else. Then an old flame approached him with important news: The chief Shaper bio-engineer had defected. With his-and Slash's-help, they might be able to take back their world!
