This exercise helps teams prepare for the “WILD CARDS” that get thrown at us unexpectedly, and threaten to throw our innovation implementation efforts off-track. Changes in timing, resource allocation, and market demands are all occurrences that need to be considered. This exercise will help participants understand how to plan and respond to unexpected events, and be better prepared for a Plan B.
