She believed her world was perfect. Her royal family had ruled over the lands and people of Callaghan Castle for more than a thousand years. When her Father leads to fight the rising hordes of rebels threatening his kingdom, Thea has no idea he will fall in battle and her Mother will run to his aid. Her Mother then comes up missing and leaves Thea the soul heir to the throne. She soon learns about rumors of magic that once possessed her lands and dismisses these rumors as ridiculous. Until the next wave of rebel uprising that threatens the very foundations on which her Kingdom rests.
