Trista Karlberg is at loose ends since her husband ran off with his secretary and her son left for college. She joins a new health club to get back on track, but there is more than exercise equipment to raise her heart rate. Gorgeous Jake Burlington, a retired professional wrestler, owns the health club. He has no time for women, until Trista comes along, and suddenly he can't think of anything but her.
