This is Elizabeth Zimmermann welcoming you to the KNITTING WORKSHOP. We shall be working all the time, and working through all the necessary and sometimes recondite techniques of handknitting, to the point where you may easily startle yourself at the end by qualifying as a Master Knitter. Some of my tricks may be new to you, and some familiar; but in perhaps a slightly different form. I urge you to consider them all.
