From 1968 to 1975 a string of bank robberies has plagued Grove City. The police dpt. have their suspect in their sights. In fact, they've arrested him several times before; even charged him. But every time he's gotten off for lack of evidence.

The serial bank robber uses a particular style with his burglaries. And it just so happens, that on an occasion when the suspect is being interrogated, there is a bank robbery in progress using that particular style.

I guess that means he's innocent, and the cops have the wrong man? Fat chance. Turns out he's hired a couple of boobs to rob the bank in his style to help him get the police heat off his back.
