Stories of man-eating tigers, leopards and lions have always intrigued people, especially hunters, and the question of why this human fascination in such a bizarre subject exists, and persists, has a number of interesting answers. Firstly, there is the thought of exactly what a man-eater is… which is, a large, powerful, member of the cat family that, in a totally emotionless way, kills and eats people; it is this thought, undoubtedly, that generates the thought, and then the interest, macabre though it may be, on what it might be like to personally encounter one, as a victim.
