Evermore

The novel Evermore is a tale of greed, deception, and power that takes place in the fictional city of Malles in the Pacific Northwest. It is a gripping story of murder, as the narrator reveals to us in the first paragraph. Our jaded observer also discovers that while a life of privilege may buy you freedom from justice, it doesn't always liberate you from your conscience. And even if it does, the chains of memory are never unbound.
