Description
It’s my belief that the LoA is a player in all diets. Our feelings and thoughts about ourselves, about our weight and our ability to get slim, is the vast majority of any diet.
Is it difficult to lose weight?, or do you have difficulty maintaining your weight loss? Try a diet where old beliefs are weeded out. Losing weight with LoA (Law of Attraction) has already been a big success for many, including myself. It's been good to get rid of my mental beliefs that gave me more failure than success. It’s often very few beliefs that has to be changed before it has a great effect on the weight loss, and gives a wonderful sense of freedom.
The book's participants are losing weight in various ways. Three of the people slim down by only working consciously with LoA, and the rest use more traditional slimming methods, added new knowledge of specific foods and exercise.
The book is a view into the lives of 5 women, and their struggle to get slim. The format of the book is different, as it's written more like at novell. However the weightloss stories are true, including the 60 pounds weightloss of the main character, prior to the workshop course in the book.
