Born in Oregon (1974), I graduated from Ontario High School in 1992. I was not a good student then and never really liked school. I tried college two times and dropped out. My third time at Modesto Junior College in 2003 was an experience I will never forget. I took my first history class and the spark was lit. I found my passion in teaching, history, and writing.
