The Hydra Effect

With the guns still warm from the death throes of World War I, with the world in the grip of the Spanish Influenza epidemic, a nihilistic cult seizes an opportunity to unleash a parasitic demon upon mankind. A military hospital is at the centre of the storm which sees a battle of wits between a new nurse and an old patient for the future of the hospital, a small French town and, ultimately, the world.
