Supply Chain Management Handbook

I wrote this book as a "how to" guide to managing your supply chain during my graduate studies at the MIT LGO (Massachusetts Institute of Technology Leaders for Global Operations) program, and during my working career at a couple of different Fortune 500 industrial firms. I derived the materials from my studies and practical experiences during this time. I also derived the material as I was working through solving many of the issues directly covered in the book. As such, this book is truly meant as a "handbook". In other words, it meanders between supply chain theory and formulas, and step-by-step guides on how to perform certain analyses or derive certain strategies. It is not intended to be a textbook on supply chain theory; more, it is intended to be a practical guide for operations personnel as they work through "thorny" problems in managing their own supply chains. I hope that you find it as useful reading it as I did while writing it.
