The continuing escapades of two Angora goats, who track down a boy named Jacob in this colour illustrated children's story. The goats escape and meet Jacob who is fishing. Jacob tells the goats that he is trying to catch a special fish and the goats relate what they know. The adventure continues and Jacob gets given some magic powers that allow them all to play together whenever they wish.
