Traditionally, there are twelve stations in the Stations of the Cross. However, for this devotional we have combined some of the stations and reduced the number to eight. We recommend that you do one station each day as part of your daily time with God.
The Stations of the Cross dates back to the 2nd century and has endured because people have found it to be a powerful way to connect with Jesus and experience His love. It is our prayer that through these devotional stations you will not only gain a deeper appreciation for God's incredible love shown on the cross, but that you will also truly experience Christ’s love.
The Stations of the Cross devotional is powerful anytime of the year, but is especially meaningful during the Easter season.
