Hawkfasts

The place; Inglewood Forest. The year; 1219 AD. Ethanna Culpepper, a twelve-year-old magical girl of the woods, meets a boy named Adam Bell and rescues him from the clutches of the under-sheriff. Ethanna wishes to start her own version of Hawkfasts, her late father’s outlaw band. With her new friend Adam, the intrepid group now has two members!

After more adventures, Ethanna and Adam rescue Henry Plantagenet, also twelve years old and none other than the king of England! The three friends become equals in the re-formed Hawkfasts, but keeping the boy king safe proves to be no easy task…
