Deadly Turnaround

"Deadly Turnaround," is a work of fiction that sets people from different walks of life on a collision course. Some are abusers, and some are their victims - who will win and who will lose - or will the conflict be so deadly, it will be difficult to tally up the score?

In 2011 Topeka, Kansas decriminalized domestic violence. The City Council gave these reasons for their reckless decision: The City's budget shortfall, and such cases clogged up their courts. "Deadly Turnaround" tackles their decision headon.
