Oy, Vey, Cantor!

This two-act musical comedy, is lively and character driven (ala “Fiddler on the Roof). The story takes place in Philadelphia and involves a widowed cantor, his parents, who live with him, his congregation and the woman he loves— to whom he will not commit until his son, who is traveling abroad to find himself, comes home. The son returns, and all are shocked by the change in him. In their attempt to reconvert him, they, themselves, change. With music and sparkling humor, this is the story of a Jewish family's conflict in modern times.
