A shadowy government agency has found the answer to the worst problems plaguing America, those too dangerous for the police, the FBI or the U.S. Marines. Take a Delta Force hero, speed his reflexes and combat thinking and reprogram his mind with synthetic memories. Then launch him like a guided missile, but one with a gun and at a single-person target. Send him into enemy territory to kill the terrorist, the drug lord, whatever coldblooded person needs to die to make the country safer.
