In May of 2012, the author visited Italy with his family. Their destination was Florence, with excursions to the Chianti wine country, Siena and Cinque Terre. They survived an earthquake and an Italian Laundromat. A secret bakery opened its doors to them. At the most romantic spot on earth, they discovered that the most popular form of marriage today may involve a padlock and not a church or wedding ring.
