Aesop's Foxy Fables

While there are several other books and adaptations of Aesop’s fables, this book is unique and very special. A 10-year-old sister told these stories she read from a different Aesop fables book, to her young brother. What was very refreshing was that in her retelling sessions, the stories gained new colors - new words, new settings, vivid descriptions, and a humorous tone. Her brother enjoyed these stories very much and later many of her friends too. Noticing these story telling sessions, her parents asked her to write down these stories and what you have in hand is the collection of these stories from this young author, Renuka Murthi.
