Flyte (Hegira Book 3)

Upon their return to Astral East the Time Bender overheats. The Starbird has to be flown manually as KARNAK, a Krieas bounty hunter sent to kill Yarthgo challenges him to aerial combat. Yarthgo out flies the Wasp saucer with breathtaking maneuvers. Karnak’s ship crashes into the ocean hitting a gas pocket and explodes.

Earth scientists Mikal and Nakita Barcel open a burn hospital on Astral East to treat all alien specie be they friend or foe. Major Hardride invades Thelosis to avenge the death of his son Karnak and challenges Leiter to a deadly combat. The King must survive the encounter to keep Krieas from over running his castle.

Mikal and Nakita attach an android shell to Dr. Bensun’s Servo Matrix then inject his vaporized essence into the robot suit. After Mikal rescues a Krieas burn victim Lady Anne from a crashed Wasp saucer, she betrays him by ordering Krieas to abduct Zale’s daughter Athena.

Ruby gives Tomac a Peridot gem and issues a warning about using the powerful jewel in his Time Bender for battle. Bensun, now suited up as the Vapor Man transports aboard a Wasp saucer and fights General Quade, a bounty hunter sent to capture Yarthgo.

King Leiter declares war on Terron 3 prison where the Krieas have now established a stronghold. Winning or losing this conflict will determine the fate of everyone on Astral East.

Logline: Space Guard ships wreak havoc on Krieas slave traders at Terron 3 then set all the inmates free.
Synopsis: YARTHGO and the ‘Vapor Man’ HECTOR BENSUN liberate slaves and destroy the Terron prison compound. ZANDAR receives a devastating injury during the pitched battle. RUBY must use psychic healing to save his life.
RATH is also wounded and faces the possibility of never being able to walk again. He becomes disheartened with war and reconsiders his enlistment in the Space Guard.

While Yarthgo and his heroes patrol the skies above Thelosis, Zandar and Zale are attacked by LADY ANNE’S weather weapon. She invades Meridia, destroying landmass with corrosive slag.

A Black spacecraft nearly crashes Zandar’s ship as he is forced into an aerial battle against a flying ace from the Wasp fleet. Only his expertise with a Space Guard saucer can save Zandar and his Martian mate from total destruction.
