When Joshua Paige, world-renowned movie star, meets Callista Bartelt he is instantly captivated. She possesses a certain quality that far surpasses physical beauty. In his most lonely moments, he writes Cally letters, and through the process of writing, he discovers who he is and what life is all about. He finds the ability to forgive his parents for their weaknesses. He reclaims the faith of his youth and becomes a better man. Healed and whole, he waits for the day when he can have his lady's love once more.
