I've seen pain destroy lives, jobs and families... I've seen people who choose not to let pain define who they are, people who continue living... This book is about HOPE and HOW TO.

This book won't help everyone. Like poverty, pain isn't the universe's plan but sometimes it occurs because there is no plan and it just happens.

This book is not an exhaustive documentation of spine pathology, treatments and research. Its intent is to present the ordinary person wtih a practical solution for ordinary back pain.

This book provides a plan, a guide to break away from a life defined by pain and hopefully, the pain itself.
