(Taken from the Foreword) Ever watch a kung fu movie and wonder if the style being used is a true martialart or not? Or perhaps, is that a real weapon? Is there a difference between a three sectional staff, a two sectional staff and nun-chaku? Is there such a thing as blind white leopard fist? These are questions I've asked myself and friends many times (well, not about the leopard fist, I just made that up) and never got an answer. My next question
