Webwriter's Pocket Reference Guide

This pocket guide is not really for someone to learn html code from, although they may be able to. It's primary function is for someone who can write web pages but can't remember or doesn't know all the command or how to apply them. It is set out as a dictionary with commands and phrases with examples of how to use them, and switches or sub-commands within that command.
