2012 I-Codes Structural Provisions for Existing Buildings: IBC Chapter 34 and IEBC (SKGA Web Seminar DVD with PDF Handout)

Existing Buildings provisions continue to evolve. This seminar covers Chapter 34 of the 2012 IBC, with a comparison to the Work Area Method of the 2012 IEBC. It traces the major changes made in 2009 and describe changes coming in 2015, which include a direct reference to ASCE 41-13.
