📖 Description
This book is not asking the reader to learn the traditional one-size-fits-all Tai Chi Chuan, Qi gong or Yoga. There are over thousands of sequence choreographed routines. How can we learn them all? Our physical makeup varies from person to person. Our physical health also changes with time. What about those who have balance disorders, are old, frail and physically out of condition? Can they learn the fixed forms and styles of exercise? What this book is asking readers to learn is the True Source generated Tai Chi, Qi gong and Yoga. This gong has no styles or forms to learn. It is not an easy to learn or easy to forget technique because you are not required to learn. This technique does not use external Qi(energy). It uses the True Qi generated by our innate ability. This is based on some deeply influenced ancient teachings from three semi-mythical emperors namely Fuxi, the Ox Tamer (circa 3000 BCE), Shen Nong, the Divine Husbanman (circa 2650 BCE) and Huang Di, the Yellow Emperor (circa 2650 BCE) and also includes the three teachings of Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism, Muslim and Christian.
