Unearthed: An Insight to Uttarakhand Disaster

In Kedarnath, what exactly went so wrong on June 16th 2013 Cloudburst? Who's responsible? Could that have been avoided? Will it repeat itself? Why only Kedarnath temple stood tall while everything else was washed in gargantuan amount of water? And the most important off all, “Did the cloudburst happen at all?” All of us asked these questions and only a few could answer.
