Unbelievable!: Six Amazing Stories

Unbelievable! is a book of six funny and outrageous stories for young readers aged 8-12 that give the ‘strange-but-true’ genre of storytelling a delightfully absurd twist.

Loosely based on the ‘reality’ concept of current TV shows and magazines, whereby actual participants in an unexplainable event relate their amazing experiences, this book turns the idea on its head with a series of uniquely (and deliberately) silly stories of ghostly phenomena, mystic mayhem, unearthly goings-on and generally astounding occurrences.

Although the events in each story are pure fantasy, they are presented via a straightforward, easy-to-follow narrative which allows the reader to suspend disbelief, enjoy the variety of characters and situations and simply go along for the ride! The stories also lend themselves to being read aloud by the reader or a parent.
