The Mutant Birth

A woman abducted in 1955 mysteriously reappears out of a ripple white light that marks the doorway between the earth plain and a plain on the Continuum. It's present day, but the girl still looks the age she was when she was abducted. She is heavily pregnant, abnormally so and fortunate enough to be found by a passing highway patrolman.
Taken to the town's hospital, her child is delivered by with the help of a veterinarian surgeon, given the nature of the strange arrival.
Little do the team know that the father of the child has followed through the doorway.
