Inside an Anger Management Class: A workbook for those ready to confront issues of anger, drugs or alcohol

This workbook is intended to assist those persons who are ready to recognize and take stock of their lives, regarding the issues of anger, drugs or alcohol. We must each find a set of rules to live by. These rules may have a spiritual basis, be a set of ethics, or they may be values passed down to us. They may also be a set of rules we have searched after ourselves. These rules must be ones that help each of us to reach our potential, while at the same time helping others.

Without such a set of rules, we will fail in maneuvering through this earthly life. This workbook is intended to assist those persons who are ready to recognize and take stock of their lives, regarding the issues of anger, drugs or alcohol.
