Men of power clash when a rogue IRA agent, Riley, gathers a criminal team of hackers together to unleash a brilliant encryption virus. After unleashing his virus Riley begins to eliminate his team members believing he is in complete control of the planet. Only the virus released on the world becomes self-aware and remains hidden in the infected systems, creating a clock before it reactivates itself and cripples the entire planet.
Beginning at the Cyber Security Agency, Senior Security Manager John Nettleton becomes scared when he comes up against the encryption virus. Realizing the danger of the virus, John takes his family and runs to Canada after his boss commits suicide. John isn’t aware, as he runs to Canada, that his sister, Sarah Nettleton, was involved in unleashing the encryption virus through a series of well plotted cyber-attacks.
Unknown to anyone, four shadows figures of America, France, England and Russia have a meeting. Forming a group called the ‘6th Protocol’ the four members agree to unite and track down the members responsible for unleashing the virus. What follows is a struggle for power and betrayal as rage and deadly traps step forward leading into the path of a global war.
As the four governments clash, Sarah is saved by her boss, Lev Sliva, after Riley attempts to kill her. Through a series of events Sarah is reunited with her brother who realizes she was responsible for the cyber-attack. After John shows Sarah and Lev that the encryption virus is still within the world systems, Lev is forced to call Riley leading to a meeting that forces the four to work as a team. However, loyalties to deep rooted ideas—as well as guilt—cause each person to struggle as they work to prevent a global war.
When governments struggle to have power of the virus, men of different ideas are brought together onto one battlefield to either fall victim or stand victorious. Revealing the corruption that slithers under the minds of each world government as well as the profound hope of peace men struggle for, a stage and timer is set in which good and evil clash tearing the world’s stability apart as the drum beats of war are sounded.
Set in world full of corrupt, blood hungry men, ‘The Sixth Protocol’ runs through a course of twist and turns that peels away the conscience of mans’ mind, revealing truths that struggle to find reason and justice in world where a death and misery whispers silently under the footsteps of every person.
