The Mend

In Zack Rubin’s life are only three people, bonded by tragedy:

Eric, his adoptive father who unexpectedly gave him life,
Jennifer who makes his life worth living,
and his best friend Noah, who could take it all away.

When his extraordinary mind excludes him from following phenomenal mega-movement “The Mend”, Zack’s well-guarded secret threatens to tear them apart.

The Mend, through a process called ‘The Wash’ helps the paralyzed walk and the blind to see at the cost of their memories (and a substantial donation.) They are awash in celebrities and senators many of whom have benefited from The Mend but seem oblivious to its motives.

A chance meeting with a small group of people who know the reality of The Mend and it’s charismatic leader, Thomas Oni, gives Zack the opportunity to save his friends. But when his father signs up for The Wash will he choose his father’s last days, or the lives of his friends?

Zack’s life is about to get far more complicated as he learns the life altering truth about his biological family and that there is so much more at stake…
