📖 Description
The Graydon sisters could not be less alike. Pamela is sweet-tempered and feminine. Slyvia is a mischievous tomboy. Their father hopes that Pamela will marry his friend, Lord Glengall. This appears unlikely when Pamela falls for Sir Anthony Trevithick. Anthony professes his love for Pamela and promptly disappears. About Katharine Tynan: Although virtually unknown today, Tynan was a prolific and popular novelist during the Victorian and Edwardian eras. She wrote over one hundred novels in addition to short stories and poetry. She was an Irish Catholic, and many of her stories are romances and melodramas set in Ireland.
