This book was written to help Engineers who are new to the Avaya ERS, quickly get up to speed and to begin configuring the devices in a short amount of time.

Each section contains a bunch of common configuration tasks on the Avaya ERS. For the most part, these tasks are independent of one another, and you should be able to go directly to any specific task, and use the instructions contained in this book to accomplish it.
