Mobile Commerce is the process of performing business transactions through mobile handheld devices. The mobile handheld devices include smartphones, PDAs, cellphones, laptops, tablets or portable gaming consoles. Mobile devices equipped with wireless internet allow users remain connected with their home or office even when they are travelling or out in the field. Thus, they can access important business information instantly from their office irrespective of their location. The purpose of this book is to make people familiar with various aspects of mobile commerce.
