Chemical Process Equipment: Design and Drawing, Vol. I

The text introduces the student to the practices and standards of making drawings for equipment used in chemical industries. It uses the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) 969–1972 specifications and methodology of equipment drawings. It includes numerous orthographic and assembled views of equipment, and provides several photographs to relate these drawings to the equipment used in industries. This book has been written for the undergraduate students of chemical engineering and its related branches such as polymer engineering, petroleum engineering and pipeline engineering.
