Indian Bali Music: Bali and Javanese Music

There are some main differences between traditional Indian Music, Javanese and Gamelan Music. Traditional Indian music depends much on ragas scales, whereas Javanese music incorporates chants and the gamelan orchestra. The individual performers use many hand gestures while performing, usually directed towards others players. There is a definite harmony of musical tones shared between performers.
