Pensées or, Thoughts on Religion

Blaise Pascal, the remarkable seventeenth-century mathematician, physicist, and religious thinker, accounts his thoughts and defence of Christian belief in Pensées. This publication, originally written in the 17th century in French, is based on the translation of Gertrude B. Rawlings in 1900 and includes an introduction of Pascal by Os Guinness and Pascal's prayer of "Asking God to Use Sickness in His Life Appropriately."
