Description

Ready to take your comprehension of Spanish to the next level?

Is becoming fluent in Spanish your goal?

If your use of Spanish seems 'stuck', this series of books will help you improve!

By learning to understand stories and descriptions, this series of books will help BOOST your Spanish fluency!

After all, descriptive stories are what we use to communicate with each other, right?

Think about it...

We use stories to express our thoughts, feelings, and ideas.

Stories that DESCRIBE the places, events, situations, and emotions that we have experienced (or are experiencing) in our lives.

In Book 1 of this series you'll meet the Montoya Family, where members of the family will take turns describing their typical day. They'll talk about what time they get up, what they have for breakfast, how they spend their day, what they do to relax, etc.

You'll hear from six family members in all!

To make it easy for you, the book is divided into two sections

In Section one you can read each Spanish story uninterrupted immediately followed by the same story translated into English. This way, if you have any question about a line in one of the Spanish stories, you can check the translation right on the next page!

Section Two will help newer Spanish readers or anyone struggling with the layout in Section One.

Section Two has the same stories as Section One, but this time each Spanish SENTENCE is immediately followed by the English translation. Like this:

Mi nombre es Carlos. He estado casado durante 10 años.
(My name is Carlos. I have been married for 10 years.)

How to Use This Book

Start with story one, Carlos, in Section One. If you're struggling at all, move to Section Two, and read the Carlos story sentence by sentence. (The Section Two stories also include 'notes' to define some of the words and phrases, to help eliminate your need for a Spanish dictionary.)

Once you've gone through the Section Two version of the story, go back and read the straight Spanish version in Section One.

You'll be amazed at your improvement!

If you're still unsure about reading just the Spanish, go back and work your way through the Section Two story again until you feel you've got it down. Then try Section One again.

You can do this!
