Two Kinds of Sovereignty

God IS almighty. Jesus IS Lord. He is sovereign - by the Bible definition of sovereignty. What God says in His Word, is “forever settled in Heaven” (Psalm 119:89). However, in the religious world, there is another definition of sovereignty that seems to call into question, God’s dependability – His integrity. That kind of sovereignty says that God is in control, in the earth today, to the extent that everything that happens is according to His divine will, for His own mysterious reason.
