This book is a collection of some of my favourite recipes. The first chapter is basic baking with simple easy to follow recipes. these are base recipes that you can add to and enhance the final product. The secod chapter is more pastry work where a little bit of though and construction of the cake is involved. These recipes are easy to follow and with a little bit of artisic flair your final product could be amazing. This is my first book and it's not War & Peace. but I'm sure you will enjoy making these recipes as they all do work and the instructions are easy to follow.
