Healing My Nanny: Taboo Relations

Jake’s nanny, who he calls “Mammy,” has been afflicted with migraine headaches for years. She went to several doctors, but none could figure out where they came from or how to make them go away.

A day after Jake’s father leaves for a one week business trip, she gets one of her migraines and spends the afternoon in great discomfort. In her agony, she confesses that the temporary “cure” she found involves having sex, and asks Jake to accommodate her.

“I know it’s crazy, but the only other option is to lay in my room and suffer this horrible pain for God knows how long. It could go on until tomorrow evening before I pass out from exhaustion.”

As I stared at her chest, the thought of having sex became more and more appealing despite the obvious moral and societal objections to such an act. Part of me thought of it as a dream come true that many guys around the country fantasize about. The fact that I’d be helping Mammy to relieve her pain was a great way to justify it to my conscience.

“I guess we could try. I know you wouldn’t have come in here asking if there wasn’t some other way.”
