Cirrhosis: A lethal drama of patient's woes, medical ethos & underworld.

This is a medical thriller based on real events, addressing patient’s woes, medical ethos and nexus of politicians with underworld.

Shanti is badly shaken when a doctor from a famous Pathological Lab. telephones her about the serious condition of her young son Ram. The boy is admitted to a famous New Delhi hospital. Shanti’s brother Anil, a Harvard trained scientist starts examining when he finds a drug known to be highly hepatotoxic being administered to Ram.
A boy dies after two days of liver transplant surgery done at same hospital. Anil becomes more curious and decides to examine thoroughly with help from Savithri, an investigating journalist. Anil is attacked by hired ruffians but his spiritual strength and support of Savithri keep him pushing deeper and deeper in his pursuit to unravel the mystery.
They are stunned when they discover that the liver donated by mother of the boy was not transplanted in her son. They use latest technological tools to solve the mystery, “Where did liver tissue go?” Owner of the hospital, a minister in the central government orders a contract killer to stop opening of the case.
