Beside inappropriate meal, we are also getting sick more nowadays due to mental stress. The mental stress and diet are very much interdependent. That means, due to mental pressure we do not eat properly; at the same time bad foods trigger psychological problems like mental stress. Then this over stress worsens our health and body physical condition.
