Are you struggling to lose weight? Hiding indoors, seeking comfort in junk foods? Are you overwhelmed by the multitude of fad diets and comprehensive exercise plans out there? I know I was. It wasn't until my 20s when I found myself weighing about 250 pounds that I decided enough was enough.
That's when I fired up an old treadmill that had been gathering dust in my basement and changed my life forever. I went from wearing pants with a 38-inch waist to fitting into size 33 designer jeans. I am now 37-years-old and weigh less than I did in my teens. I have more energy and I have never felt better.
One simply does not have to train like an athlete or starve themselves to trim down. This is the story of how I lost over 60 pounds by simply walking on the treadmill and making small changes to my diet. If I can trim down, build muscle and feel better, I think almost anyone can.
