Ben takes a tour of a new townhouse for sale at half the list price. The place checks out - normal neighborhood, all new appliances, and a balcony all to himself. It's only when the realtor goes to get the papers for him to sign that he sees her - his neighbor, sipping her steaming coffee in the buff on her balcony while taking a nonchalant wee.
