Haunted Property

Jeremy Long didn't mean to buy a property at the auction, but then he did. Now he's the owner of a lonely mountain top farm reputed to be haunted by an old moonshiner. That's okay though, because Jeremy doesn't believe in ghosts.

Arrived at his new place, Jeremy is delighted to meet his neighbor's son, the gorgeous Ephraim Flacket. Fraim stays over for the night, and the two young men cement their new friendship over a skinny dip in the river and a tough game of chess.

That night the ghost visits. Startled out of sleep, Jeremy has to face the possibility that there may be things that exist even though he doesn't believe in them. As the night wears on, Fraim tells Jeremy the dramatic history of Elbert the ghost and his lover Blake, and Jeremy faces a more personal ghost -- the deeply buried horror and regret caused by the death of his childhood friend Ralphy.

With the sunrise comes a fresh start for everybody. Ghosts are laid, flowers are planted, and the two young men’s relationship consummated.
