Things begin to get more complicated for Lucy in this installment. Jefferson Lund has paid her to show up at a mysterious building on Park Avenue. She has a pretty good idea of what is going to be waiting for her there. Rich men like him aren't in the habit of giving money to pretty waitresses unless they expect something very specific in return. She knows she shouldn't go. She knows that no good will come of it. But she needs the money for her family.

So she shows up.
