Gigabit Ethernet Backhaul for Wireless Technicians

This manual and associated course is designed to provide skills training for those responsible for the Installation, testing and maintenance of Ethernet based services; commonly called Gig-e or back-haul services in wireless and LTE networks. This manual will cover Ethernet as a technology and demonstrate how to test Gig-e networks based on the RFC2544 standard. The use of popular test equipment, test probes, and network access points for Gig-e networks will be covered when appropriate.
